Terms and Conditions
Thank you for considering Moonchild Holistic Sleep. By using this website and buying my 1:1 coaching packages and/or digital products it will be deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions as outlined below.
Guarantees:
When you buy any of my 1:1 sleep packages, I will offer education, information and support. I cannot offer guarantees of a particular result or within a certain time frame. I aim to provide you with current, evidence-based information and the strategies I suggest are age appropriate and focused on attachment and responsive parenting. I do not use “cry it out” methods of any kind.
Disclaimer:
I am not a medical professional. My consultations and the information and strategies I suggest are not a replacement for medical, nutritional or psychological/therapeutic care. You should always consult a medical/qualified professional if you have any specific concerns about your child’s health or mental wellbeing.
Agreement:
By entering into an agreement to consult, you agree to discuss any concerns with me in the first instance and make every effort to carry out the sleep plan consistently as mutually agreed at the time of consultation.
Cancellations and refunds:
The 1:1 packages are non-refundable (unless cancelled within the specified time frame below) and last for the time listed on the website following your consultation (no follow-up for Crescent Moon or Shooting Star packages; 14 days for Half Moon package; unlimited support for Full Moon package), unless a later date has been agreed. If the support is not used, no refund is available. You must inform me of your start date in order to activate the support term.
If you cancel your sleep package, the following charges apply:
Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% refund
Over 48 hours’ notice: 100% refund
All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Should you need to cancel your consultation due to illness less than 48 hours of your consultation, I will work with you to organise another convenient date with no charges.
Rescheduling:
Either party may request to reschedule a consultation at any time with more than 48 hours’ notice in writing. The rescheduled appointment will be at a mutually agreeable date and time within 30 calendar days of the original consultation.
I reserve the right to cancel consultations at any time due to emergencies or factors outside of my control. If this happens, you will be offered an alternative date within the next 30 days. If you cannot attend any alternative dates, I will provide you with a full refund.
Confidentiality:
During the course of my work with you, it’s possible that I could become aware of sensitive information about your family, career or personal situation. It is understood that this information would remain completely CONFIDENTIAL at all times and never disclosed to anyone without written consent or a court order. In a similar manner, I expect my clients to retain confidentiality also and not to share, duplicate (except for personal use), or plagiarise any documents that I send to you, and to keep these for your family’s personal use only, and that of any caregivers.
